TTI scope of work within HDTG project:
- layout, development and design of aerodynamic components
- packaging / package investigations
- 3D design of parts and assemblies, machining drawings
- CFD and CHT-optimization of spray-oil cooling system (multi-phase mixture)
- frequency- and modal analysis
- balancing and assembly
Targets:
- Development and adaption of a brand new turbogenerator system as a range extender within a hybrid-electric vehicle
- Build-up and validation of function in test vehicle
