TTI scope of work within HDTG project:

• layout, development and design of aerodynamic components
• packaging / package investigations
• 3D design of parts and assemblies, machining drawings
• CFD and CHT-optimization of spray-oil cooling system (multi-phase mixture)
• frequency- and modal analysis
• balancing and assembly

Targets:

• Development and adaption of a brand new turbogenerator system as a range extender within a hybrid-electric vehicle
• Build-up and validation of function in test vehicle
